Shree Panchkrishna foods pvt ltd is as “Formee Foods”
1) Online distributorship is only and exclusively for buying/selling products from the official website of Formee Foods that is www.formeefoods.com
2) An online certificate and a particular designed coupon code will be provided for online distributors from Formee Foods.
3) Online distributor of formee foods will buy min Rs 1000/- purchase to start distributorship as well as know & understand the products.
4) Customer will get 5% discount on every purchase if online distributors customer makes a purchase from www.formeefoods.com website the coupon code given by you, products will deliver to customer by currier so it takes 4to5 days & in some particular circumstances it takes more days also.
5)Online Distributor of Formee Foods will get 5% coupon code discount on own purchase immediately.
6) 10% of their defined income on the turnover they make in the entire month will be sent to their Bank account between Date 5th to 10th of the next month.
7) As all Formee Foods products are food products, Formee Foods does not under any circumstances take back products once purchased.
8) If the online distributor's income increases, TDS & taxes will be deducted as per Govt law.
9) An Online distributor of Formee Foods is not an employee of Formee Foods or a shareholder of the company in any sense. shall operate as an independent vendor, acting in his/her/their own name, at his/her/their own responsibility and for his/her/their own account.
10) The rights to buy or sell products shall be granted to the online distributors of Formee Foods with their written consent.
11) Any online distributor of Formee Foods is not allowed to sell the products from any other online website like (Amazon, Flipkart) other than official website www.formeefoods.com of Formee Foods.
12) Formee Foods reserves the right to freeze all rights of the Distributor and permanently suspend him as a Distributor of Formee Foods if found to be violating the rules of Formee Foods in any way.
Subject to all the above terms and conditions, I am agree & willing to work as an online distributorship of Formee Foods,
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I/We hereby confirm that the above information and details entered by me/us are accurate and correct and the documents uploaded are the
documents that are in my/our name and Formee Foods would not be liable under any circumstances if any particulars or information provided
by me/us is found incorrect.
I/we hereby understand and acknowledge that if any information furnished by me/us is found to be false/
incorrect/inappropriate then the Company shall have the right to terminate any contract arising out of this application immediately without
notice.
I/we also agree to Formee foods keeping us/me informed with personalized news, offers, promotions,
product related information customer leads, and any other business information that Formee foods believes is important for my/our business
through the contact details shared by me/us. I hereby declare that to the best of my knowledge and belief, all information given in this
application is true.
